Worship at Living Hope

Worship is an essential component of the Living Hope Community Church mission. One of our goals is that every member of the LHCC body would worship God in spirit and truth.

As Jesus said, “But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers. God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” (John 4:23-24)

Corporate praise and worship is designed to facilitate a growing relationship between each participant and God. Various styles of music are utilized including praise choruses, hymns, and contemporary Christian songs from diverse cultural and generational backgrounds. Worshipers are encouraged to experience freedom in worship, openly expressing their love for God.

Personal worship is also an important aspect of what it means to be a committed follower of Jesus Christ. Regular personal Scripture study, prayer, and worship are means by which members are encouraged to develop and live a lifestyle of worship.
